WORK 365's 1-Click PDF is a productivity add-on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM that converts reports to PDF, Word or Excel documents in just 1-Click.

Sample usage scenarios: generating quotes (quote template can be created as CRM report), orders, invoices, mail-merge, account summary, contact profile, work orders, report & charts etc.

The trial version allows configuring up to 3 reports.

Why 1-Click PDF?

 

Scenario 1: Let’s consider a scenario of generating a quotation pdf from within CRM:

To generate a quote document in CRM by exporting PDF from CRM report, following steps are to be performed:

Open the Quote record form in CRM

 

Click on "Run Report" button from the ribbon

Select the Quote report

Wait for the report controller to load the report

 

Click on the "Export" button

Select the document format to export

Save the document

Scenario 2: Sending the quotation pdf in email

All steps from scenario 1 to be followed

Click "Activities" and select email

Save email to enable the "attach file" option

Click "Attach File". This opens another window

Click "Browse" and select the file from local drive

Click "Attach" and then "Close" button
